Fake Movie Friday: The Beginnings’ End

Just got home from Comic Con. My feet hurt, I’m tired, but duty is duty. So here we go. I hope it makes sense. I hope I get an idea soon. Not yet, here comes one. Nope. Maybe now? Still no. HERE WE GO. I thought of an idea that turned out to be “30 Minutes or Less”. Adam gave me this title.

The Beginnings’ End

The movie opens with a man, Adam, running down the street from the police. One of his hands is in handcuffs. He escapes from the police into a warehouse and catches his breath. He pulls his jacket off and places it over his arm and walks away calmly.

He walks into an apartment building and rides the elevator up. He knocks on a door and it opens into a pot smoke filled apartment. “How’s the movie?” the person asks. Adam looks confused and tells him he needs his help. They get the cuff off and Adam’s friend tells him about a job. Adam is hesitant for he’s already in some trouble. His friend tells him “trouble never ends”.

Adam meet up with a group in another warehouse. They talk about a bank job. The leader tells them the plan. Adam is confused as the explanation talks about a lot of strange tools that he has never heard of. They describe things that confuse him and he doesn’t think are possible.

He tries to protest but they only laugh and tell him to play his part. He follows them on the job and thinks immediately go to shit. A guard is killed; another comes and charges at them. One of the other men in the crew hits what appears to be an alarm and the floor opens. The guard falls through it. Adam starts freaking out.

The others don’t miss a beat and start huddling all the hostages together. Adam screams at them that they are in trouble, one of them answers, “trouble hasn’t begun”. Adam is selected to talk to the police. (CRAP IT’S TECHNICALLY SATURDAY, LET WRAP THIS SHIT UP). Adam tries his best to end the hostage situation on the phone with the police. The other criminals are building some sort of weird device in the vault.

They activate the device just as Adam thinks he is close to brokering a deal. Another guard appears putting a cuff over one of Adam’s wrists. The device makes a strange noise and Adam finds himself outside.

The police see him and chase him. He escapes from the police into a warehouse and catches his breath. He pulls his jacket off and places it over his arm and walks away calmly.
